Airworthiness Directive

이 감항성개선지시서(AD)는 「항공법」 제15조 및 ICAO 부속서 8에 따라 대한민국 국토해양부에서 항공기의 감항성을 지속적으로 확보하기 위해 해당 항공기 소유자 또는 운영자에게 발행하는 것으로서, 항공기 소유자 또는 운영자는 이 지시서의 요건들을 준수하여야 하며, 국토해양부장관의 인가를 받은 경우를 제외하고 본 지시서의 요건을 준수하지 않으면 그 누구도 해당 항공기를 운항할 수 없다.
This Airworthiness Directive is issued to registered owner(s) or operator(s) of aircraft to ensure the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft by Ministry of Land, Transport & Maritime Affairs, Republic of Korea in accordance with Article 15 of the Civil Aviation Law and the Annex 8 of the International Civil Aviation Organization's Convention. The registered owner or operator shall comply with requirements of the airworthiness directive.
No person may operate the aircraft to which an Airworthiness Directive applies, unless otherwise authorized by the Minister of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.
