이정희님께는 위대하시다는 말밖에는 할 말이 없습니다.
그래서 특별히 이정희님만을 위하여 새로운 버전으로 마련했습니다. 아마 이번에는 마음에 꼭 드실겁니다.
협회의 운영비를 조달하기 위해서는 회원 가입을 강제하고 회비는 울며 겨자먹기 식으로라도 납부하도록 강요하는 행태를 더이상 계속 고집하십시요. 협회의 미래는 밝을 것입니다. 이제는 생각을 바꾸어야 합니다. 협회도 변해야 합니다.
자격증을 협회에서 발급하도록 한 시절에의 협회가 어떠했는지를 생각해 보면 금방 알 수 있을 것입니다.
협회를 위해서 회원들이 존재하는 것이 아니라 회원들을 위해서 협회가 존재하는 것이라면 협회는 회원들로부터는 최대한 거두고 회원들에게 되돌려 주는 것은 최소한으로 하여야 할 것입니다.
지금까지의 자발적인 회원 가입과 회비 납부가 아닌 앞으로는 동호인들을 상대로한 자릿세 뜯기 방식으로 회비를 받아내고 협회 스스로 수익을 창출하는 일은 결코 없어야 할 것입니다.
미국 EAA의 사례를 참고하여 정반대로만하면 협회운영에도움이 되지 않을까 싶습니다.

>>>FAA regulation ?5.107 allows the owner of an Experimental Light-Sport Aircraft to earn a Repairman (LSA) Inspection rating by attending an FAA accepted course. Successful completion of the course allows you to perform the annual condition inspection on any Experimental-LSA airplane you own.

>>>EAA has applied for and received acceptance of this course (“workshop”) in accordance with FAA Order 8000.84. The course is 16 hours in length starting on Friday evening and ending on Sunday afternoon. Students must be in attendance for the entire length of the class.
